At this weekend’s annual U.S. Vintage Racing National Championship races at Austin’s Circuit of the Americas, you will get access to the pits to get close and personal with such charismatic cars as this Cobra.
One of the greatest race cars ever, the Ford GT40 dominated Le Mans in the late 60s, knocking Ferrari off its pedestal. Not bad looking, either. This car was one of more than 600 vintage race cars at last years races. Sponsored by the Sportscar Vintage Racing Association (SVRA), it’s a great show. See you this weekend at the races.
