1957 Ford Ranchero in the Agave modern neighborhood in East Austin, Texas.
P.S. After Zac Roberts at Full Custom Fabricators saw this post, he sent me this message: “I built that 1957 Ranchero that you spotted in Agave for my friend Dennis. He drives it every day, has 351 windsor, automatic, and vintage air ac.”.
Kate loves her Ranchero, “Miss Kitty,” purchased from a farmer near Dublin, Texas, who kept her protected under a tarp in his shed.
I spotted Miss Kitty in a parking lot in N. Austin, and while grabbing a few pics, Kate returned from shopping and gave me this bit of info. Very nice, thanks, Kate! 
1957 was the first year for the Ranchero. The side trim for this mild custom I found in Liberty Hill, Texas (just outside of Austin) is from a 1958 Ranchero. It has a slightly greater load capacity than the F-100 half ton pickup. Love the spider web image painted on the hood. 
This 1968 Ford Ranchero is a fourth generation example in a run of Rancheros from 1957 to 1979, just over half a million built in that time. Many engines were available, from 250 cu.in six, to the 428 Cobra Jet.
