The Z28s were the best Camaros: the high revving 302 cu. in in the original 1968/69 Z28s was replaced with a new high-performance LT-1 350 cu. in. making 360 hp, built from the ground up using premium parts. The newer generation, from 1970, had better balanced handling, ride, braking, etc. And really great looking (my second car was a 1970 Camaro with the standard 350).
