Simca 6 at Motoreum in NW Austin
Incredible range of collector cars at Motoreum. This rare French Simca 6 was made between 1947 and 1950, based on the Fiat Topolino. Fiat controlled Simca. Powered by 570 cc straight four cylinder engine, making 12 or 16.5 hp propelling it to a top speed of 55 to 59 mph. Only 1600 or so were built. PS, a reader identified this car as having Paris license plates (“75”). Check out Hervé’s most excellent car blog, all the way from Eastern France.

It still has its french license plates (the number 75 corresponding to the city of Paris).
