Nifty 1953 Buick coupe custom in the parking lot at a custom car show in Granbury, Texas, SW of Ft. Worth, Texas. It was an excellent show!
On Friday and Saturday nights during the weekend of Austin’s Lonestar Round Up custom car show, many of the show cars are driven and parked along S. Congress Ave., where I got this pic of a brilliant 1950 Mercury Custom. LonestarRoundUp.com
This is one of my favorite cars at last year’s Pate Swap meet in Ft. Worth, Texas. The sign on the window said it was powered by a Cleveland 351 V8, plus power brakes and steering. Love the stance, the shaved doors, the Cadillac wheel covers and the white wall tires.
I guess it’s a “barn find” if it’s dusty. Otherwise, seems like it came from a good barn. I found this gem at a Pate Swap Meet at the Texas Motor Speedway in Ft. Worth, Texas.
