Wasn’t one of the appeals of the DeLorean that the stainless steel body was not painted? Curious. About 8500 of these disappointing cars were built from 1981-83. Berlin, by the way, has a very strong car culture. Many years ago I spotted a DeLorean body on a 4×4 chassis on the Bastrop Highway.
