This has a flathead (sidevalve) Green Diamond 233 cu. in. six cylinder engine. And 4 speed “crash” (non-synchromesh) transmission. Reputation as reliable, low-cost workhorses.

This recent Corvette small block LS7 engine has 427 cu. in. and is hand-built by the General Motors Performance Build Center. This car was driven to the show from New Orleans.
