Really impressive, Engine No. 6 from Canton, Ohio. Last two photos are period photos of this very truck at its first assignment in Canton.
This very interesting third generation Ford F100 features factory four wheel drive. Before this, outside suppliers fitted the 4×4 system after truck assembly. Introduced in 1959, Ford beat GM and Dodge to this factory option.
Found this rare GMC pickup in central South Austin. I thought, as many have, that this grille was a makeshift or a homemade grille, but there may be less than 100 of these production models
