1939 Ford De Luxe Tudor Sedan with the classic flathead V8 with vintage go-fast parts. I see that it has Edelbrock heads and two carburetors. Got these pics at the old location of the Austin Speed Shop. I lived nearby and would often swing into their parking lot, mostly hidden from S. Lamar Blvd., to see what I could see. On this day, I got lucky!
I found this handsome car at the now-defunct Custom Car Crafters. The headlights are aftermarket items. E&J (Edmunds & Jones) Type 20 headlights were manufactured by Edmund & James Corporation in Detroit from the 20s, as an aftermarket light used mainly for expensive sporty cars of the time and highly coveted by early hot rodders.
