Virgil Exner’s “Forward Look” 1957 New Yorker had a 392 cu in Hemi V8 pushing 325 hp through its TorqueFlite 3-speed auto trans. Torsion bar front suspension, Torsion-Aire, gave great ride and handling. Quad headlamps were optional.
An earlier post featured this car at last fall’s car auction at the Convention Center. Discovered in S. America, this Rolland-Pilain vintage race car has a price of almost $200k. I took these newer pictures
