Even Stones Have Eyes, aired March 30, 1962, with Martin Milner and George Maharis, the first part was filmed in Austin. Their characters stayed at 1804 Lavaca, still there, looking pretty much the same. Check out the stadium, the Capitol and the great Cadillac ambulance (one of the characters is injured working atop the John H. Reagan State Office Building during its construction). The last screen capture is a view taken across Lavaca, facing south: See a body shop and, I guess, an English Ford on the road.
