In a large yard surrounded by 25 other cars and trucks. With a 392 cu. in. Hemi V8 giving class-leading power, this Imperial, and all 1957 Chrysler cars, got “Torsion-Aire” torsion-bar front suspension systems that vastly improved handling and ride. Also, curved side glass was introduced in America by Imperial this year.

This is a very early production car to have the single headlights. It gave the car a unique front end “stare” with those 7″ bulbs compared to all the later cars that year that had dual 5″ headlamps per fender. Yep “that things got a Hemi in it”.
