This attractive 1938 Chevrolet was in front of J. Colunga’s Body and Paint Shop on E. Cesar Chavez at Pleasant Valley Rd, owned by John Colunga. He showed me the condition of this car six months ago, sitting on a trailer very incomplete and looking like just a bunch of rusty parts. It turns out his brother, Jesse, was a fellow employee and friend of mine at Travis County Human Services some time ago.
