Very high tech, very limited run of about 1300 cars from 2004 to 2007. The Porsche Carrera GT was originally conceived for Le Mans in the late 1990s, but using an earlier V10 engine designed secretly for Formula One in the early 1990s but never used. 5.7 liters, cranking out 612 hp at 8000 rpm, reaching beyond 200 mph. Monocoque carbon fiber body and subframe. Tricky to drive, they cost about $450k new. See link at right for Mosing Motorcars.
The interior identifies this as a C5 (fifth generation) Corvette, built from 1996 to 2004. Styled as a 1962 Corvette. Nice ride. At Motoreum, linked at right.
These look like so much fun. Not at all interested in the roadsters, only this awkward coupe, promising a malevolent good time.
